Owner/Producer, Andrea Miller, was born to parents who immigrated to the United States from Cape Town, South Africa in the 1960's. Andrea’s interest in immigration narratives and social activism has informed her grassroots community work and creative direction. It is themes such as multi-culturalism, global citizenry, and the search for true identity that influence her work.

To date, Andrea has worked with the Ford Theatres to give away hundreds of concert tickets + bus transportation to local community organizations in order to remove barriers (real and perceived) to high quality arts experiences.

Individuals, community partners and businesses are invited to donate to Go As If’s annual productions which are a reflection of and in service to LA's diverse communities.
